Seam Datalab Privacy Notice
Version va-2026-07-12 · Effective July 12, 2026
This notice explains how Seam handles account, client, property, product-usage, billing, and support data for its Virginia launch.
Data we process
We process account and workspace details, contacts and clients supplied by authorized users, public and licensed property data, product activity needed to operate and secure the service, billing identifiers received from Stripe, support communications, and identity-provider identifiers. Payment card numbers remain with Stripe.
Why we process it
We use data to provide Journey, Signal, and CRM features; secure accounts; fulfill subscriptions; send requested service and billing communications; support customers; honor suppression and privacy requests; and maintain aggregate product metrics. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing and retention
Data is shared only with configured service providers and integrations, authorized workspace members, or as required by law. Retention follows the service purpose, contractual requirements, security needs, and legal obligations. Workspace exports and deletion requests are subject to identity verification and required retention.
Virginia privacy choices
Virginia residents may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of covered personal data and may opt out of covered targeted advertising, sale, or qualifying profiling. Requests and appeals can be submitted through the Data Opt-Out page or [email protected]. We respond under applicable Virginia timelines and do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
Sensitive data and property estimates
Precise financial inputs and private homeowner documents are access-restricted. Do not enter sensitive personal data unless the workflow requests it and you are authorized. Home value and equity figures are estimates with source and freshness context, not appraisals.
